Frequently asked questions
These answers keep expectations practical and avoid fake LLC, license, insurance, or same-day guarantees.
How do I get a quote?+
Text or upload photos of what you need removed, your ZIP code, and whether there are stairs, elevator access, long carries, or heavy items. ClearRoute will review the details and send a fast estimate before anything is scheduled.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?+
Same-day and next-day pickup may be available depending on the schedule and job details. Text or upload photos for the fastest response.
Do I need to move the items outside?+
No. Items can be reviewed from inside, curbside, garage, apartment, storage unit, or office as long as access is safe. Stairs, elevators, parking, and long carries can affect pricing.
Do you remove mattresses and couches?+
Yes. Mattresses, couches, sectionals, recliners, tables, dressers, and similar household items can be reviewed through the photo quote form.
Do you do small moves?+
Yes. ClearRoute helps coordinate small apartment moves, labor-only loading and unloading, furniture moves, donation runs, and single-item transport by review.
Is ClearRoute Logistics an LLC?+
Not yet. ClearRoute Logistics is being used as a startup brand while the business proves revenue. The website avoids LLC language until an LLC is actually formed and accepted.
Are you a licensed moving company?+
ClearRoute is currently positioned as a moving help and junk removal coordination service, not as a licensed household goods mover. Job details, operator fit, truck needs, and service terms are confirmed before scheduling.
Do you provide labor-only moving help?+
Yes. The first launch offer is labor-only moving help, where the customer has or rents the truck and the crew helps with loading, unloading, and move-day labor.
Do you offer junk removal?+
Yes. ClearRoute can coordinate junk removal requests for furniture, bagged items, boxes, light cleanouts, and similar household items after reviewing volume, access, and disposal needs.
What junk items are not accepted?+
Hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, fuel, medical waste, and illegal dumping requests are not accepted through this site.
Can you help if I already rented a U-Haul or truck?+
Yes. Tell us the truck size, rental time window, pickup/dropoff areas, stairs, elevator access, and what needs to be moved.
Can you provide the truck too?+
Some jobs may be reviewed case by case, but the first launch offer is customer-provided or customer-rented truck plus labor. Full truck-assisted jobs require extra review before acceptance.
How do you price jobs?+
Pricing depends on date, time, location, stairs, access, item count, heavy items, junk volume, crew size, travel, and disposal needs. The estimate starts from your photos, then the final price is confirmed in person before loading anything.
Can you guarantee same-day availability?+
No. Same-day jobs can be requested, but availability must be confirmed before a job is treated as scheduled.
Do I pay through the website?+
No payment information is collected through the website. For launch jobs, the normal expectation is pay after the job is done unless a different written arrangement is confirmed before service.
What areas do you serve?+
ClearRoute starts with Milwaukee, nearby Wisconsin suburbs, Racine, Kenosha, and select Northern Illinois jobs by request. Longer-distance jobs are reviewed case by case before quoting.
How does the $50 off launch offer work?+
The first 5 qualifying local customers get $50 off and free sweep-up after pickup. The offer applies to first-time local jobs, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be confirmed before booking.
What information do you need from me?+
We need your contact info, requested date, pickup and dropoff or pickup-only details, truck status, stairs/elevator notes, item list, junk volume, heavy items, and preferred time window.
